Growing up in Alexandria, sports were a large part of life for Michael & Mark. Coached by their father Chris every year of youth basketball instilled the work ethic he expects out of the boys still to this day. Lacrosse took the spot light in high school while the boys attended St. Stephen's and St. Agnes High school in Alexandria, VA. After successful academic and athletic careers at SSSAS they continued on to the University of Maryland where they earned all ACC academic honors and won an ACC championship in Lacrosse their senior year in 2011. After college, they both went to Sewanee, The University of the South in Sewanee Tennessee to coach their lacrosse program. Mark then moved back to the metro area where he took a job in the automotive industry from 2012-2016. He joined the family in real estate in Spring of 2016 and brings a different perspective to the real estate world which the group has greatly benefited from. Michael joined the group in Spring of 2013 after spending two years in Sewanee, TN. He has developed great relationships with local contractors which comes in handy during real estate transactions as well as completing projects the group takes on including real estate investments. They joined Long and Foster after their father Chris White has spent over 30 years with the company and is consistently the area's leader in residential sales. "Having grown up around real estate our whole lives' we have a naturally developed passion for this profession." This upbringing has allowed them an in depth knowledge of local markets which has benefited them greatly while assisting buyers and sellers through the process.
